Kloud Partners isn’t just a recruitment company.

Not to sound too cocky, but we understand and know the software sales market and know what works and what doesn't. We don’t believe in a ‘copy-paste’ approach. Each company experiences different challenges, different opportunities and different growth. We feel it's our job to help our clients find the right person to handle those challenges, grasp those opportunities and help them experience true growth.

That starts with getting to know us. Terry is the guru of Martech and Analytics and Lewis; is the go-to guy for all things cyber security.
Terry Burns

Terry has served sales teams throughout the UK and Australia for more than ten years. He has collaborated with some of the fastest-growing companies in the sector, doing his part to position them to scale quickly and more importantly; successfully. 

Because of his experience; Terry's awareness of sales here is sharp and he knows how to identify top talents in the APAC region. Terry has built a strong network, especially in Australia, Singapore & Hong Kong. 

In recruitment, Terry's work philosophy has served him well over the last four years. What has also helped him well though is that he is adamant about speaking to only the best candidates. That way, he can always say without any hesitation he is presenting the most relevant profiles

Born & bred in Newcastle, UK Terry is a massive Newcastle United Supporter. In his spare time, he enjoys socialising with friends, spending time with his family & his 2 French Bull Dogs- Rafa & Shola, and reading or listening to a podcast (Joe Rogan Experience is one of my favourites).

Lewis Broderick
Head of Cyber Security Recruitment

Just like Terry, Lewis is also from Newcastle (England) and shares his passion for sports and socialising.

Having worked for over 12 years in sales across telecommunications and healthcare, he has entered the world of Sales Recruitment to combine his two passions- People and Sales! Lewis has completed multiple high-level training across 2 continents by some of the world's leading companies and he puts it to the test on a daily basis. His relentless work ethic is what he puts his success down to, that and having the Geordie charm!

Outside of work,  Lewis enjoys attending comedy shows and going to see live music. Having backpacked the world for 2 years solo, Lewis ended up falling in love with Melbourne and decided to make the move permanent back in 2015.

Monica Mey
Director Of Operations/Project Manager

After spending over 12+ years in the banking industry and working closely with clients and stakeholders during that time; Monica has been able to build key experiences in sales, analytics, problem-solving and relationships. She has worked in a number of different roles ranging from management, coaching and sales throughout her banking career. 

Monica has joined Kloud Partners to help on the operation side of things to make the lives of her other team members a little bit easier (her fiance Terry would be lost without her). That doesn't mean clients or the candidates won't hear from her, she may just pop up from time to time to assist when needed.

When she is negotiating terms or making sure the business is running smoothly, you can find her doing her favourite cardio classes at BodyFit, binge-watching her favourite reality TV shows or spending time with her family (her 2 Frenchies are her pride and joy).
