Because of his experience; Terry's awareness of sales here is sharp and he knows how to identify top talents in the APAC region. Terry has built a strong network, especially in Australia, Singapore & Hong Kong. 

In recruitment, Terry's work philosophy has served him well over the last four years. What has also helped him well though is that he is adamant about speaking to only the best candidates. That way, he can always say without any hesitation he is presenting the most relevant profiles
available.

Born & bred in Newcastle, UK Terry is a massive Newcastle United Supporter. In his spare time, he enjoys socialising with friends, spending time with his family & his 2 French Bull Dogs- Rafa & Shola, and reading or listening to a podcast (Joe Rogan Experience is one of my favourites).

After spending over 12 years working closely with clients and stakeholders in the banking industry, Monica has gained extensive experience in sales, analytics, problem-solving, and relationship management. She has held various roles in her banking career, ranging from management to coaching and sales.

Monica has now joined Kloud Partners to contribute to the operational side of the business, ensuring smoother workflows and supporting her team (her husband Terry depends on her expertise). Although her primary focus is operations, clients and candidates might occasionally hear from her, as she may step in to lend a hand when needed.

When she's not busy negotiating terms or overseeing business operations, you can find her at BodyFit enjoying her favorite cardio classes, binge-watching her top reality TV shows, or spending quality time with her husband, son, and two French Bulldogs.
